Resilient Leader Co. was founded by Elissa Smith, an experienced executive HR and Leadership professional with more than 27 years' experience across diverse industries including energy, mining, professional services, engineering, education, retail and equipment hire.
Throughout her career, Elissa noticed a common theme: organisations often invest heavily in processes, systems and compliance, yet many leaders receive little support to develop the interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills required to truly bring out the best in their people.
She also recognised that many human resource professionals - particularly those working in standalone roles - often operate in isolation, carrying significant responsibility without access to experienced mentoring and support.
Resilient Leader Co. was created to fill that gap.
